Report Generation
You will have easy access to printed attendance reports which will
spot employees who consistently punch in late, punch out early, or
take extended lunches and breaks. Your employees won’t be over paid
because you can round their punches back to the assigned time or dock
their time if necessary. All of this will occur automatically, you
just setup these policies in the beginning and LexTime will implement
them accurately and consistently every time.

Scheduling
The LexTime Schedule Builder is a powerful graphical tool with which
to build, assign, and view employee work schedules. With Schedule
Builder you may build and maintain as many schedules as necessary.
Schedules may be assigned to individual employees or to groups of
employees. Schedule Builder allows you to schedule time in 15 minute
intervals and to use a variety of time codes. Additionally, various
types of shift schedules may be developed and defined.

Open Database Architecture
LexTime uses database technology which can interface with most
organizational payroll systems and services.
Seamless Integration

photo ID’s to their employees for use with the LexTime system, we
offer our LexID card personalization software.
Your card designs can include your corporate logo, employee photo,
signatures, barcodes, background graphics, and variable text fields
for name, title, and more.
You can have different designs for different departments, employment
status, or security levels.
And the best part is that it works seamlessly with LexTime, offering
an integrated card issuance/time tracking solution.

required for full installation

Note: It is not recommended to run LexTime on Microsoft Windows
Millennium Edition.
